My Mother, Shirley, used to make fudge with her mother. As a young boy my mom and I would make fudge together. She taught me how to use the best ingredients, to be patient in the process and that is why Fudge De Fûge exists today. Our Double Decker Chocolate and Butterscotch Signature Fudge is Skagway Shirley, to honor my mom. I know she would be proud of how far her fudge recipes have come!
